How do I schedule a consultation?
Complete the intake form above, continue to the available appointments, and choose the date and time that works for you. You may also call (214) 764-6887 if you need help booking.
What happens during the initial consultation?
Ana will discuss your goals, family circumstances, and any existing estate planning documents. For probate matters, the consultation will focus on the estate, the available documents, and the next appropriate steps.
What is the booking fee and rescheduling policy?
A $100 non-refundable fee is collected when you book. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. The booking fee is not refunded for late rescheduling or a missed appointment.
What should I have ready for the consultation?
Be prepared to describe your goals and family circumstances. If you already have a will, trust, or other relevant documents, have them available so Ana can understand your current plan.
Does the firm handle contested probate matters?
The firm handles uncontested probate matters. If someone is disputing a will or heirship, select “Yes” in the intake form so the office can evaluate whether the matter is a fit.
Can I request a Spanish-language consultation?
Yes. Indicate that you need an attorney who can speak Spanish when completing the intake form.
