* Collin County Probates receive a reduced fee of $5,000.
*Flat fee includes: Application Fee, 2 Citations, 1 Publication for Unknown Heirs, 1 General Notice to Creditors, and $600 Attorney Ad Litem Fee, if applicable. Any fee above $600 will be paid by client to attorney ad litem, if applicable.
